Plans and pricing

Done-Deal is two products on one account: Forms & Contracts (the base platform) and the AI TC add-on (Reme, your AI transaction coordinator). You can run the base platform alone, or add AI TC when you want a transaction coordinator working every file.

Note: Current prices are listed on the Done-Deal homepage. If anything below ever differs from the site, the site is correct.

Forms & Contracts — the base platform

One flat annual price ($300/year) covers the full contract workflow:

• The Colorado CREC forms bank — Contract to Buy and Sell (CBS1), listing agreements (LC50), counterproposals (CP41), Amend/Extend (AE41), inspection forms, disclosures, and the rest.
• The on-screen contract editor with your reusable clause library.
• Built-in e-signing — your clients sign from an email link, no account needed. Signing any outside PDF is included too.
• Transactions, documents, contacts, tasks, and the pipeline board.
• The CTM import path for bringing existing deals over.

The AI TC add-on

The add-on puts Reme on your files. Three ways to buy it:

With the add-on enabled, every transaction gets:

• A 24/7 transaction coordinator. Reme reads email sent to your transaction inbox, files documents, and keeps the record current.
• Deadline management. Reminders and follow-ups on the full Colorado deadline calendar, calculated from your MEC date.
• Drafted communications. Emails to clients, co-op agents, lenders, and title — written for your review and one-click approval in the Feed.
• Compliance flags. Missing documents and at-risk deadlines surfaced before they become problems.

Note: Reme works in Supervised mode by default — nothing goes out without your approval. Autonomous mode is opt-in, per transaction, and only for low-risk actions.

How billing works

• Manage your subscription any time under Billing in the app menu.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

For brokerages

Brokerage-wide plans — including the broker oversight dashboard, shared templates, and volume pricing across your agents — are arranged directly. Email support@done-deal.co and we'll set up a conversation.

FAQ

Can I try Done-Deal before paying?

New accounts start with a trial — you can create transactions and use the platform before entering payment details. The app's Billing page shows where your trial stands.

Do unused bundle deals expire?

No — the 10-deal bundle is consumed as you attach Reme to transactions, at your own pace.

What happens to Reme if my add-on lapses?

Your data stays put. Reme simply stops working new items — transactions, forms, e-signing, and documents all continue under Forms & Contracts.
