Asking Reme questions about your deals
Note: This feature is part of the AI TC add-on. See Plans and pricing.
Reme's Feed shows you what it wants to do, but you can also ask it questions directly. Look for the Ask your AI TC box — it appears on your Home dashboard, the Feed, a transaction's detail page, and the Analytics page.

Asking by text
Type a question into the box and hit send, or tap one of the example prompts to get started:
- "What deadlines are coming up?"
- "Status on 123 Main St?"
- "Draft an email to the lender"
Reme answers using the current state of your active transactions — deadlines, parties, and open tasks — so a question like "what's overdue?" reflects what's actually in Done-Deal at that moment, not a stale summary. Ask it from a specific transaction's page and it also has that transaction's details in view; ask from Home or Analytics and it looks across everything active on your desk.
Note: If you ask Reme to draft something in the chat, it writes the text right there in the conversation for you to copy — that's different from an item appearing in the Feed. Only Reme's own scheduled and event-driven passes create Feed items that go through the approve, edit, or skip flow. See Reviewing and approving actions in the Feed.
Asking by voice
Click the microphone icon next to the text box to start a live voice conversation with Reme instead of typing. It connects over a real-time audio session — talk normally and Reme responds out loud. Click End to hang up.
Clearing a conversation
Click the small X above the message thread to clear it and start over. Each conversation is independent — Reme doesn't carry context from one chat session into the next.
FAQ
Is this the same thing as the Feed?
No. The Feed is where Reme's own automated passes queue up drafted actions for your approval. The Ask your AI TC box is a question-and-answer conversation you start yourself — useful for a quick status check, not for reviewing what Reme wants to do.
Can I ask about a transaction that isn't mine?
No — Reme only has access to your own active transactions when answering. Closed and archived transactions aren't included in what it can see here.
Does asking Reme a question count as one of its automated actions?
No. Chatting with Reme doesn't create Feed items, change risk levels, or affect your autonomy mode settings — it's a separate, read-only conversation layered on top of the same transaction data.
Why don't I see the Ask your AI TC box?
It only appears if your account has the AI TC add-on active. Without it, you still have full access to forms, contracts, and e-signing — just not Reme.
