Every draft you start stays in the Drafts tab until it's sent and signed — see Filling out a contract for how the editor itself works.

FAQ

Are these the official CREC/DRE forms?

Yes. Done-Deal fills the Colorado Division of Real Estate's current fillable form templates directly — it doesn't recreate the forms from scratch. When the DRE publishes an updated version of a form, Done-Deal moves to it.

What if a form I need isn't in this list?

Only the forms listed above have a fillable template in Done-Deal today. If you need something else, you'll need to source and complete it outside the app for now.

Can I save my own starting point for a form?

Yes. Fill out a form, then click Save as Template in the editor. Your saved templates appear on the Templates tab next to the built-in scenario templates.
